So Many Ways to Dance Every Week!

Keep an eye on our rapidly growing schedule that includes:

  • Embodied Flow™ is an integrative fusion of hatha yoga, somatics, movement meditation, and tantric philosophy. This practice invites you into a deeper relationship with your body through guided exploration and free movement, awakening your own intuitive way of sensing and moving. Expect to ground, soften, release, uncover and reconnect. Embodied Flow is a somatic journey that embraces the experience of stepping into flow as meditation in action.

  • This class invites you to explore expressive movement through a blend of structured technique and guided improvisation. Starting from the ground up and building through multiple planes of motion, we will develop stability and mobility while investigating the physics of momentum, rhythm, tone, and texture. Drawing from my diverse dance lineages, somatic practice, and athletics, this class is designed to be adaptable for all bodies and levels. It offers a supportive environment to take creative risks, refine your movement vocabulary, and deepen your connection to yourself, others, and the environment.

  • We will explore contact and its many tenets within this class. This will include but is not limited to touch, weight sharing, compositional improvisation, witnessing, and listening through various methods. We will do all of this centered around the integration of care. We will prioritize safety and collectively build a space that supports our shared definitions of trust and support. Some areas of research may include individual and partnered somatic work, Deep Listening and Authentic Movement, the Underscore, physics within weight sharing, site specific/material contact, and contact that mindfully challenges our individual relationships to risk. This class is for all bodies and all levels of experience.

  • Through improvisational practices that cultivate presence, deep listening, and imagination, you’ll be guided to explore your authentic movement, develop self-awareness, and connect with others in a shared space. From there, we’ll gently transition into collective exploration and the foundations of Contact Improvisation—including touch, weight sharing, and partnering techniques—supporting both curiosity and skill-building in a warm, welcoming environment.
