Are You Ready to Dance at Mandala?

Mandala is turning 25 years old and to celebrate we are looking back to our roots and our original name, Mandala Yoga & Dance Center!

Dance ignites our joy, deepens our listening to ourselves and sometimes to others. It reminds us of what is good and beautiful in this world and energizes us to be able to stand up more strongly for what we believe in! It's also a super fun workout!
