Keep an eye on our rapidly growing schedule that includes:
-
TUESDAYS | 4:00PM
Embodied Flow is a guided somatic dance journey grounded in yogic philosophy and developmental movement patterns. Leo effortlessly weaves together intuitive movement exploration with nervous system regulation and meditative inquiry to draw you into a forgiving state of somatic flow. This class is playful, beginner friendly, and open to all who enjoy moving and dancing!
-
WEDNESDAYS | 6:45PM
Through improvisational practices that cultivate presence, deep listening, and imagination, you’ll be guided to explore your authentic movement, develop self-awareness, and connect with others in a shared space. From there, we’ll gently transition into collective exploration and the foundations of Contact Improvisation—including touch, weight sharing, and partnering techniques—supporting both curiosity and skill-building in a warm, welcoming environment.
-
Next up on Sunday, July 12th!
Open to everyone, Jane uses unstructured movement as a pathway to freedom of expression, and deeper connection with our hearts; our own and the wider community.

THURSDAYS | 7:00PM
The Space Between is an immersive ecstatic dance experience created by DJ ANTARA, blending freeform movement, intentional soundscapes, nervous system awareness, and community connection.
Each dance moves through one or two evolving waves of energy inspired by 5Rhythms, embodiment practices, and the natural arc of emotional and physical expression. The evening opens with grounding and playful connection exercises before unfolding into a musically curated journey shaped in real time through the energy of the dancers and the room.
ANTARA weaves together melodic house, afro house, groovy tech house, soulful vocals, trance, organic rhythms, downtempo textures, and world-inspired sounds to create a dynamic experience of release, play, reflection, connection, and freedom. No choreography. No substances. No performance. Just movement, rhythm, presence, and possibility.
