Essential Oils Workshop

Wednesdays at 1pm at MAHA

As the winter months roll in, so do the runny noses, the dry skin, the sore throats, and the depression. Essential Oils are powerful tools in combatting these imbalances. Learn about some of the most essential of the Essential Oils. With just a few resources, you'll be well armed against winter's obstacles. Jolie Parcher leads the group in creating a personalized essential oil toolbox to keep your family healthy this winter. All are welcome.

Restorative Yoga with Kate Lalita 

Sundays at 4:45 

Restorative Yoga is a slower pratice for deep relaxation and healing. This class supports the organ systems of the body and introduces yoga techniques known to reduce blood pressure, improve digestion, and reduce tension and fatigue. Slower and more deliberate movement improves flexibility while healing heal injuries. Restorative yoga also helps all practioners balance a more vigorous yoga program.

Kate Lalita Rabbinowitz has practiced yoga for 35 years and taught for 25. She has studied with the great yoga masters BKS Iyengaer and Patabi Jois as well as senior teachers in Europe and the United States.

 Group Practice

Sundays from 3-4:30pm at Mandala

Jonathan Shoemaker will lead a group practice for intermediate / advanced students. Area yoga teachers have a discounted rate. . $10 for area teachers, class card or drop in.

 Yoga Fusion

Mondays at 4:15 starting march 19th at Mandala Join Sheryl Hastalis to find strength and balance with a combo of yoga asana and free weights.
